Method for solving oil leakage of high pressure fuel pipe

In our daily production, there is no shortage of oil leaks in high pressure fuel pipes. Once it happens, it will be impossible to solve the oil leakage of the high pressure fuel pipe. The serious point may explode or even cause a fire. These accidents have affected our life production. In order to prevent these accidents, we will use four measures to solve the problem of high pressure fuel pipe oil leakage. Keeping these accidents away from our lives will make our lives and production more secure.

(1) Correct installation

In addition to the quality of the high pressure fuel pipe, it should be properly assembled, the pipe clamp should be installed in the correct position, and should not be leaked. Reasonable installation steps are: firstly tighten the fastening nuts at both ends by a few turns (do not tighten them temporarily) and then tighten the injector platen bolts to determine the installation position of the injector, and tap the high pressure fuel pipe with a wooden hammer. Finally, use a torque wrench to tighten the tightening nuts at both ends (torque 40~6ON?m). If the injector assembly is not properly installed, and the center line of both the quick connector recess and the horn is tilted too much, a large external stress will be generated after tightening the nut, resulting in damage to the tubing quick connector.

(2) reduce resonance

The high pressure fuel pipe span is large. When the diesel engine is working, the opening and closing of the injector needle valve will cause strong high-frequency vibration of the high pressure fuel pipe, which is one of the important reasons for the damage of the high pressure fuel pipe. To this end, the middle portion of the high pressure oil pipe can be fixed to the fixing member such as an adjacent bolt by a clip to reduce resonance.

(3) Reasonable adjustment

The injection pressure of the injector is in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual, and the stainless steel metal hose prevents the injection pressure from being too high and causes the oil pipe to rupture. When adjusting the oil supply advance angle, do not force the high pressure oil pipe.

(4) Emergency treatment

If there is leakage in the high pressure fuel pipe quick connector, it can be cut into a small circular ring with a soft metal piece or plastic piece, padded in the quick connector pocket, and then pressed on the horn. It can also be wound around the shoulder with a fuse and a cotton thread in the direction of tightening. Ring, and then tighten the quick connector nut; if necessary, apply soapy or maltose to the nut seat with soap or pad.
